Q: How much do you charge for your services?
A: Nothing! There are NO COSTS to you when we buy your house, not even the typical closing costs (which could typically cost you thousands of dollars). We pay all closing costs including escrow, title insurance, county & city transfer taxes, recording fees, HOA transfer fees, etc.

Q: Do I have to wait for you to get approved for a loan?
A: No. We do NOT have to be approved by any banks. We work with private investors and have access to almost unlimited funds. Once we get the preliminary title report we can close in a matter of days or even hours if necessary.

Q: Do we have to get an appraisal?
A: No. We do not need an appraisal. This saves time and reduces costs. It is up to us to determine the value of your property.

Q: What if my house needs repairs?
A: No problem, we will buy your house AS IS even if it needs major repairs! You don't need to do any work or clean anything up!

Q: Do you deal in higher priced properties?
A: Yes, we can work with any seller who needs to move a property quickly for any reason and in any price range. |
Q: What if I am behind on my payments or in foreclosure, can you help?
A: Yes, if you contact us now, we may be able to help catch up your back payments and stop the foreclosure process. The important thing is to act quickly so call us now. |
Q: If I submit my information online when will I hear from you?
A: As soon as we receive your Seller Questionnaire, we will review your information and get back to you ASAP (usually within 24 to 48 hours
depending on when you submit the information). However, if you don't hear back from us in a timely manner, please give us a call to be sure we received your information and that you are being taken care of right away. |
